DTM Printing on a variety of bright and lightweight acrylic materials

Print direct to coloured perspex - available in a stunning range of vivid colours to suit all requirements.

Printing on clear Acrylic

Finish options include clear gloss, matte frost, anti-glare and prismatic. All plastic sheet materials can be arranged cut to size before print.

Print on extra thick acrylic

Acrylic block is often a very popular material to print on. Used frequently in retail display and point of sale. For best results we recommend opting for polished edges.

Printing on mirrored perspex

Available in silver, gold/bronze and coloured sheets.

Mirrored perspex benefits from having ten times the impact strength of glass mirror yet is lightweight and easy to handle.

Print on cast fluoro perspex

Bright and majestic, fluorescent acrylic sheet benefits from having a vivid, fluorescent edge which appears to glow under ambient light without the addition of its own light source.

Print on our muted vario

The Vario range from Perspex® features six vivid coloured tints,

more muted than the fluorescent range but beautiful in their own way.

Info and FAQs

Talk to me about sizes.

Acrylic sheets are typically cut to size and our Direct to Media (DTM) Printer can cover areas up to 2.4m x 1.2m.

Can my Acrylic prints be cut to shape?

We can arrange custom cutting for you using our local partners. Get in touch to find out more.

How does direct to media printing work?

Our Direct to Media (DTM) Printer prints from above, so it's important that surfaces are flat to produce the best images.

The printer uses UV LED curable ink which is weather resistant and dries instantly.

Can I supply my own acrylic to print?

Yes you can! It's always a good idea to bring spares too.

Why print on to acrylic?

With a wide range of colours and finishes, printed acrylic is hard wearing, weather resistant, lightweight and easy to work with and fabricate.

Printing with Varnish and White inks.

We print using 10 coloured inks. Two of these include Varnish and White.

Printing with White means we can produce vibrant images on even the darkest of substrates. We do this by laying a white base down first.

The Varnish print head is also a fantastic addition. The Varnish layer can bring textural and spot gloss elements to your projects and at the same pass that the ink is laid.
